摘  要:目的应用自动室壁分区运动分析(ASMA)与全方位M型超声心动图(FAM)技术评价缬沙坦对原发性高血压病心脏整体功能的影响。方法原发性高血压病患者178例应用缬沙坦80mg/d口服治疗,疗程12个月。观察治疗过程中患者血压及症状体征的变化情况,分别在治疗前及治疗后每3个月应用ASMA-FAM技术观察心脏整体功能变化情况。结果缬沙坦在治疗2周后血压开始下降,左室壁运动状态及心脏整体功能在治疗3个月后开始逐渐改善(P〈0.05),治疗6个月-1年后改善明显并趋于稳定(P〈0.01)。结论缬沙坦能够明显提高原发性高血压病患者的心脏整体功能,ASMA-FAM能够全面、客观地评价室壁运动状态及心脏整体功能情况。Objective To assess the effects of valsartan on cardiac function in patients with essential hypertension using echocardiography with automated segmental motion analysis (ASMA) and free angle model (FAM). Methods The parameters about the cardiac function of the 178 cases with essential hypertension were observed before and per three months (total about twelve months ) after valsartan treated (80 mg/day) using echocardiography with ASMA-FAM, and also the blood pressure values and patients' symptoms were observed at the same time. Results The patients' symptoms were improved, and the values of the patients blood pressure were decreased gradually after using valsartan treated two weeks, and they were to steady after five weeks. The values of the left ventricle wall kinestate and the cardiac functions were improved obviously and to steady after treated six months to one year (P〈0.01). Conclusions The cardiac functions in patients with essential hypertension were improved obviously after using valsartan treated twelve months. The left ventricle wall kinestate and the cardiac functions can be evaluated o- verall and objectively usinge chocardiography with ASMA-FAM.
