戊酸雌二醇联合坤灵丸对子宫内膜影响的观察

摘　　要：目的观察戊酸雌二醇联合坤灵丸对子宫内膜生长的影响。方法55例20-43岁妇女，连续2周期排卵日B超提示内膜〈7mm，检测子宫内膜、子宫动脉搏动指数（pulsatility index，PI）、子宫动脉血流阻力指数（resistive in-dex，RI）。对照组月经周期第3日使用戊酸雌二醇至排卵日，排卵日B超检测子宫内膜厚度、类型、PI及RI。治疗组系同一患者于下一月经周期第3日至排卵日给予戊酸雌二醇及坤灵丸，排卵日B超检测子宫内膜厚度、类型、P1及RI。结果治疗组排卵日B超检测子宫内膜厚度、类型、PI及RI与治疗前差异有统计学意义（P〉0.05），治疗后明显获益。对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论戊酸雌二醇联合坤灵丸可改善子宫内膜血供，明显改善子宫内膜类型，增加子宫内膜厚度。Objective To observe the effects of progynova along with kun-ling wan on endometrium. Methods A study involved total .55 women with endometrium 〈7mm,they were 20-43 years old. The B ultrasonograph was used to measure endo-inertial thiekness,endometrial type, pulsatility index （PI） and resistive index （RI）, The women of contral group were treate with estradiol valerate from the third day of menstruatio to ovulation. The women of treatment subject were treated with estradiol valerate and kun-ling wan next menstruatio. The women were measure endometrial thicknes,endometrial type,PI and RI during ovulation. Results There were significantly differences in the endometrial thiekness,endometrial type,PI and RI（P〈0.05） after progynova along with kun-ling wan. Contral group were no significantly differences. Coulusion Estradiol valerate and kun-ling wan increase the blood flow of endometriume, endometrial thickness were increase, endometrial type were better.
