24例腹腔镜辅助下胃癌D2根治手术配合体会

摘　　要：目的总结腹腔镜胃癌手术配合的经验。方法通过掌握腹腔镜相关设备、器械功能,术前与患者有效沟通、术中与手术者密切配合进行24例腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术并回顾总结。结果顺利完成23例腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术,1例中转开腹手术。结论通过术前、术中的配合以及良好的设备保障,可以有效提高手术配合质量,保证手术顺利展开。Objective To summarize the experience of laparoscopy-assisted D2-radical gastroectomy. Methods Through understanding the function of relative device of laparoscopy, communication with patient before operation, collaborating with surgeon in operation, 24 patients with gastric cancer were performed D2 radical gastrectomy. Results We performed 23 cases of laparoscopic-assisted radical gastroectomy successfully then the other 1 cases were conversion to open surgery. Conclusion Preoperative, intraoperative care and consummate laparoscopy administration may increase the quality of intraoperative nursing.
