早期围产保健对孕产妇分娩异常的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨早期围产保健对孕产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2006年4月-2008年5月在我院住院的2859例孕产妇。其中以2007年5月-2008年5月赵县建立孕产妇管理系统，实施早期围产保健的1524例孕产妇作为观察组，以2006年4月-2007年4月未实施早期固产保健的1335例孕产妇作为对照组。对比两组孕产妇的分娩孕周、出生体重、出生缺陷、予痈、宫内发育受限、围生儿死亡、前置胎盘、新生儿窒息、羊水粪染和脐带绕颈。结果观察组和对照纽的分娩孕周、出生体重情况，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），观察组的早产、过期产率和低体重儿、巨大儿率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组的出生缺陷、子痫、宫内发育受限、固生儿死亡、新生儿窒息等发生率显著低于对照组，两组差并有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过早期围产保健，减少孕产妇分娩异常的发生率。Objective To explore the impact of perinatal health care on aUotriotexis of pregnant and parturient women. Methods 2859 pregnant and parturient women hospitalized form 2006.4-2008.5 were ehosed to take part in our study. Among them, 1524 women given perinatal health care were tken as the observed group, 1335 women not given perinatal health care were considerdd to be the control group. C, estational weeks, birth weight, birth defect,child insane, fteal growth restriction, infant delivered during perinatal stage, placenta praevia, neonatal asphyxia, ammiotie fluid polluted with dung and circulor of umbilical cord were compared between two groups. Results There were singnieantly statistical difference between two groups about rates of gestational weeks and birth weight （P〈0.05） , premature delivery, post-term birth, low birthweight infant and large for date infant in observed group were lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. There were singnicantly statistical difference between two groups about rates of birth defect, child insane, fetal growth restriction, death of infant delivered during perinatal stage, neonatal asphyxia（P〈0.05） ,and that in the observed group were also lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Perinatal health care could decrease incidence of allotriotexis in pregnant and parturient women.
