摘　　要：目的研究E-cadherin蛋白在乳腺组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法对15例乳腺正常组织、15例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织和45例乳腺癌组织中E-cadherin的表达进行检测。结果①在乳腺正常组织、乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺癌组织中E-cadherin蛋白阳性表达率分别为100.00%(15/15)、86.67%(13/15)、57.78%(26/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②E-cadherin蛋白低表达与乳腺癌肿块大小、组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移和c-erbB-2阳性密切相关(P<0.05),与年龄、ER、PR无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论E-cadherin低表达与乳腺癌的发生发展、肿块大小、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移和c-erbB-2密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of E-cadherin gene in human breast tissue. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the E-cadherin pro- tein among 15 normal samples, 15 fibroadenoma samples and 45 human breast cancer samples. Results The expression of E-cadherin was significantly lower than that of the other two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Low expression of E-cadherin was significantly related with the size of tumor, differentiation, clinical stage, c-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05） , and there was no significant relationship with ER, PR and the age（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Low expression of E-cadherin is significantly related with the carcino-genesis,the size of tumor, differentiation, clinical stage, c-erbB-2 and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.
