摘　　要：家庭养老、土地养老、社区养老和养老保险是农村现行主要养老模式。传统家庭养老面临挑战,农民有强烈的参保意愿。只有重视农村养老保险制度建设,才能彻底提高农民的养老保障水平。因此,必须建立健全农村老年人权益保障法规,继续发挥家庭和土地的保障作用,开展多种形式养老保险。The main modes of providing for the aged in china are family, land, community and insurance. Traditional family providing for the aged is facing great challenge and peasants have a strong willingness being insured. Only attention to the construction of rural old-age insurance system, the old-age insurance level of peasants can be raised. Therefore, we must establish and perfect laws and regulations to protect the rights and interests of the rural elders, to play the security role of the family and land continually, and to carry out multiple forms of old-age insurance.
