摘 要:研究了以秸秆为沼气发酵原料不同条件下的产沼气效果。实验室干发酵结果表明,玉米秆经复合菌剂预处理后的产气量比未加复合菌剂预处理的对照组提高29.54%,TOC降解率提高136.32%,纤维素降解率提高47.68%。经复合菌剂预处理后再添加促进剂的产气量、TOC降解率和纤维素降解率分别比对照组提高35.28%、169.58%和49.62%,比经复合菌剂预处理的分别提高4.43%、14.07%和3.36%。户用试验结果表明,麦秆经复合菌剂预处理后和麦秆与猪粪混合后的产沼气量比未加复合菌剂的对照组分别提高33.65%、39.31%。麦秆加复合菌剂预处理后与麦秆和猪粪混合后的沼气甲烷含量基本无差别,但比对照组提高5.05%。The effects of biogas production with straws on different conditions were studied. The results of dry fermentation showed that the biogas yield with straws pretreated by microbial agent was 29.54% higher than that without pretreatment (control group A), the TOC degradation rate increased by 136.32% and the cellulose degradation rate increased by 47. 68%. After adding the accelerant to the straws pretreated with the agent , the biogas yield was 35.28% higher than that of the control, the TOC and cellulose degradation rate increased by 169.58%, 49.62% respectively. Moreover, the biogas yield, the TOC and degradation rate increased by 4.43%, 14.07% and 3.36% respectively in contrast with straws pretreated by microbial agent. The results of house- hold biogas fermentation showed that the biogas yield with straws pretreated by microbial agent; and without pretreatment but mixed with pig deject were higher than that of control group I with no pretreatment by 33.65% and 39.31% respectively. The CH4 content of straws pretreated by microbial agent was slightly different from that of the mixture, but increased by 5.05% over control group I.
