贝那普利对原发性高血压患者左室影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察贝那普利对原发性高血压患者左室的影响。方法60例原发性高血压患者,心超排除左室肥厚,测定血压、胸导联最大QRS电压(Vmax)及左室重量指数(LVMI),随机分为贝那普利治疗组(B组)、吲达帕胺治疗组(Ⅰ组)及治疗性生活方式改变组(T组),分别于3,6月测定血压,胸前导联最高电压,左室重量指数,比较3组有无差异性。结果血压、Vmax、LVMI治疗后B组分别为:132.3±3.5/83.3±2.8mmHg、29.9±1.5mm、81.3±5.7g.m-2,Ⅰ组分别为:133.2±3.2/83.6±2.5mmHg、32.5±3.8mm、91.0±7.4g.m-2,T组为:142.7±3.8/90.5±2.4mmHg、36.5±3.8mm、99.2±7.9g.m-2,B组血压与Ⅰ组无特异性差异(P>0.05),而B组Vmax、LVMI与Ⅰ组、T组均有特异性差异(P<0.01)。结论贝那普利能有效控制血压,且能明显抑制左室肥厚,改善预后。OBJECTIVE To observate the effects of benazepril on hypertensive patients＇ left ventricle.METHODS Sixty hypertensive patients excluding those with left ventricular hypertrophy by echocardio- graphy were divided randomly into benazepril treated group（Group B）, indapamide treated group（Group I ）and therapeutic life style changed group（Group T）. At the times of 3rd and 6th month, the blood pressure, the highest QRS voltage of the chest leads（Vmax）and the left ventricular mass index（LVMI）of all patients were examined to study the differences in the 3 groups. RESULTS The blood pressure, Vmax and LVMI after the treatment in Group B were 132.3 ±3.5/83.3 ± 2.8mmHg, 29.9 ± 1.5mm, 81.3 ± 5.7g· m^-2 respectively; Correspondingly, in Group I they were 133.2 ± 3.2/83.6 ± 2.5mmHg, 32.5 ± 3.8mm, 91.0 ± 7.4g· m^- 2 and in Group T 142.7 ± 3.8/90.5 ± 2.4mmHg, 36.5 ± 3.8mm, 99.2 ± 7.9g· m^-2 respectively. No significant difference of the blood pres- sure was found between Group B and Group I （P〉0.05）, but when Vmax and LVMI of Group B campared to those of Group I and Group T, the differences were both found to be markedly significant （P 〈 0.01 ） ,CONCLUSION Benazepril can control the blood pressure effectively, and inhibit the left ventricular hypertrophy obviously to improve prognosis.
