利用工业废料制备硅铁红色料

摘　　要：以氯氧锆制备过程中的废料作为硅源,添加FeCl3·6H2O着色剂,用氨水作为沉淀剂,制备了硅铁红包裹色料。采用极差分析方法探讨了工艺因素对合成色料的影响。结果表明,Si/Fe比是影响合成硅铁红色料的主要的因素。X衍射分析表明,合成的色料主要是SiO2玻璃相对着色剂Fe2O3进行包裹。Silicon/iron red pigment was prepared with FeCl·6H2O as coloring agent, ammonia liqor as preciptant and silicon obtained from the preparation of zirconium oxychoride as material. It was studied about the effects of tectmogical factors on silicon/iron red pigment processing with method of range analysis. Result showed that Si/Fe ratio was the main factor on silicon/iron red pigment processing. Pigment was characterized with XRD, the result showed that coloring agent Fe2O3 was parceled mainly by SiO2 glass phase for this pigment.
