摘　　要：通过对M63200外径超精机导辊双曲面的数学分析,推导出一种利用通用外圆磨床加工双曲面的计算方法,解决了只能在专用磨床上加工的设备局限性问题,提高了生产的广泛性。A calculating method for processing hyperboloid with universal cylindrical grinder was derived on the basis of mathematically analyzing guide roller hyperboloid of M63200 OD super finishing machine. The processing limitations of specialized grinder were overcome. Furthermore, the extensiveness of production was widen.
