摘 要:烧结NdFeB磁体问世于1983年,当时正值电子计算机、办公自动化、家电产品普及和微型化的关键时刻,迫切需要强力磁体,使各类永磁电机在缩小体积与重量的同时,其输出力矩还进一步提高。刚问世的烧结NdFeB磁体因其优异的磁性能,正好用到了"刀刃"上。这一点从NdFeB磁体在发达国家用量的迅速增长,尤其是其用途的特性即可明显看出。日本是计算机、家用电器生产大国,烧结NdFeB磁体在日本的用途分布堪称发达国家的典型。NdFeB磁体在日本的应用多种多样,主要用于电子、计算机、医疗等高新技术领域,其中以计算机硬盘存储器(HDD)读写头致动器用的VCM、核共振成像仪(MRI)以及各类电动机/发电机三个用途为主,此外NdFeB磁体还广泛用于通讯和音响器件中。The coming of sintered NdFeB was in 1983. It was just the high time of popularization and miniaturization of computer, office automation and home electronics. Magnet with high energy products is extremely needed for motors to reduce its size and weight, but its torque would be higher. Such motors are widely used in computer, office automation and various consumer electronics. Thus, NdFeB was put to best use, which is evidenced by applications of sintered NdFeB magnets in developed countries. In Japan VCM, MRI, Motor/generator are three major applications of sintered NdFeB magnet. NdFeB magnets are widely used in HDD of computer, consumer electronics. VCM is the biggest application of NdFeB magnets, although its weight percentage is reducing continuously. Section of magnets used for MRI is relatively stable, it ranges between 13-17%. Section of magnets used for motor/generator is most increasable part. Moreover, NdFeB magnets are used in communication and acoustic devices as well.
