摘  要:磁力泵磁性联轴器的转矩和涡流损耗对磁力泵性能有重要影响。假设磁转子的气隙远小于其轴向尺寸,可忽略边端效应,磁性联轴器的磁场求解简化为二维平面磁场。采用ANSYS软件,对磁性联轴器的磁场分布进行了数值模拟,得到磁力线分布图和隔离套中感应电流密度矢量图;计算出不同转角状态下的转矩和涡流损耗。分别研究了不同气隙、内外轭铁厚度、内外永磁体厚度及磁极数目对转矩和涡流损耗的影响,以期对磁性联轴器的设计和应用提供参考。The torque and eddy current loss of the magnetic coupling has important influence on the performance of magnetic driving pump. If the air lap is much less than the axial length of the coupling, end effect can be neglected, and consequently the field of the coupling is simplified to a 2-D plane field. The field distribution of magnetic coupling was simulated by the ANSYS soft-ware. The magnetic force line distribution and vector graph of induced current density in the containment shell were obtained. The torque and eddy current loss under different magnetic relative rotation angles were calculated. The performance of the magnetic coupling versus air gaps, thickness of yoke irons, thickness of permanent magnets and numbers of magnetic poles was studied respectively, supplying useful guidance to both design and practical application of magnetic coupling.
