摘　　要：单兵战术基础动作是军人的必修课程之一。本文运用教育心理学理论中关于动作技能形成的一般原理,从单兵战术基础动作技能形成规律入手,结合多年教学训练经验,讨论了如何按照单兵战术基础技能形成规律组织教学。Basic Movements for Individual Taclics is one of the compulsory courses. The paper starts with the formation principles of basic movements for individual tactics, and discusses how to organize the teaching and training in accordance with these principles, based on years of experience in teaching and training and the general principles of educational psychology of the skill formation.
