摘  要:以8个不同种源的小叶蚊母为试材,用叶表皮离析法,观测叶片气孔长度、宽度和密度,并对其进行相关分析。结果表明:小叶蚊母种源间叶片气孔长度、宽度和密度差异均显著;相关分析表明,气孔长度与宽度间、气孔宽度与密度间相关不显著,而气孔长度与密度间存在负相关关系。With the help of epidermis isolation method, a correlation study was conducted with eight provenances of Distylium buxifolium by taking the stomata length, width and density of the leaves as criteria. The results indicated that there was significant difference among the eight provenances of D. buxifolium in the stomata length , width and density. There was no significant correlation between stomata length and width, neither between the stomata width and density, but the stomata length was negatively correlated with the stomata density.
