摘  要:以相同比例将6种试剂分别与矿渣共磨或直接掺入磨好的纯矿粉中(二者粉磨时间相同)得到2组颗粒群特征不同的矿渣试样;测定了2组矿渣试样各龄期的活性指数,取2组数据的差值;通过图像分析仪测定了矿渣颗粒群的特征参数;采用灰色关联分析了它们与矿渣活性指数的关系.结果表明:矿渣粒径为0~10μm时,其圆当量径、特征粒径、均匀性系数、圆度和面积充满度与活性指数呈负关联,伸长度、表面粗糙度和分数维呈正关联.其中表面粗糙度对活性指数的影响最大,可以很好地体现矿渣活性,同时也可表征试剂在粉磨过程中对矿渣颗粒机械力作用的效果.随着龄期增长,矿渣颗粒群特征参数对其活性指数的影响下降.Slag powders with different particle characteristics were prepared by inter-grinding with chemical additives. Another group of samples were also prepared by directly adding additives into slag powders with the same proportion. Then difference values of the activity index of these two groups of slag were gained. The particle characteristics of slag, were got by an image analysis and gray relation analysis was used to study the relationship between grain characteristics and activity index. According to the result: in 0- 10 μm size range, the equivalent circle diameter, characteristic particle size, coefficient, roundness and degree of circle fullness showed negative association with activity index, and elongation, roughness and fractal were positively correlated with it. It is also found that roughness had the bigger correlation degree which reflected the activity of slag and activation effect of mechanical force action. All the correlation degrees decreased with age.
