摘  要:提出了一种新型的环氧树脂灌入式多孔隙沥青混凝土抗推移铺装方案.对环氧树脂灌浆料的经时黏度、初凝时间、收缩率、固化后的抗压、抗折强度进行综合分析,确定了环氧树脂灌浆料的最优配合比;测定了环氧树脂灌入后沥青混凝土的马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度、灌注密实度、低温弯曲性能以及耐老化性能;通过垂直剪切试验评价了该方案中铺装层材料与钢板组合结构的抗推移能力;同时,组合结构疲劳性能与其他铺装方案的对比分析表明,环氧树脂灌入式多孔隙沥青混凝土铺装层与钢板的随从变形性能较好.A new type scheme of anti-slipping pavement materials was provided by grouting epoxy resin in the porous asphalt concrete(PAC). Analysis of the viscosity with the time changing, initial setting time, shrinkage, the compressive and flexural strength after solidification of the epoxy resin grouting materials comprehensively, was used to determine the optimization experiment mix proportion of epoxy grouting materials, and measure the marshall stability, high temperature stability, compactness of the PAC after grouted, road use performance after aging and bending performance at low temperature. The anti-slipping ability of the scheme provided in this article was evaluated through the experiment of shearing vertically, and it also shows that the epoxy resin grouted asphalt concrete has the best coordinated deformation ability together with the deck after comparing the fatigue test among the scheme of this article with the other schemes.
