摘  要:研究了碳纤维水泥砂浆(CFRM)中,碳纤维沿试件厚度方向梯度分布对水泥砂浆电热性能的影响.结果表明:碳纤维总含量(质量分数)为0.4%,0.6%和0.8%时,碳纤维梯度分布试件总导电率比相应碳纤维均匀分布试件分别提高了68.1%,131.5%和131.8%,而碳纤维梯度分布试件最大层间温差则比相应碳纤维均匀分布试件分别降低了87.2%,107.2%和166.4%,这必将有利于降低CFRM中导电发热层和非导电发热层之间的热应力.The effect of carbon fiber gradient distribution in cement mortar along thickness direction on electro-thermal properties was studied. Results show when the total content(by mass) of carbon fiber is 0.4%, 0.6% and 0.8% respectively, the total conductivities of carbon fiber gradient distribution specimen have improved by 68.1%,131.5% and 131.8% of that of carbon fiber even distribution specimen,and the maximum layer temperature difference of carbon fiber gradient distribution specimen has reduced by 87.2%,107.2% and 166.4% of that of carbon fiber even distribution specimen. So carbon fiber gradient distribution in cement mortar can reduce the thermal stress between conductive and non-conductive-heat layer.
