摘  要:通过试验研究了采用水溶剂合成的聚丙烯酸系减缩剂(SRA-PA)在降低溶液表面张力、减少砂浆和混凝土收缩等方面的作用.结果表明:SRA-PA可以显著降低水及饱和石灰水的表面张力,且在饱和石灰水中保持稳定;水泥颗粒对SRA-PA的平均吸附率低于5%;SRA-PA对砂浆和混凝土减缩效果明显,其掺量为0.5%(质量分数)时,砂浆3 d减缩率可达57%,混凝土3 d减缩率可达25%,且对强度无不利影响;SRA-PA与部分减水剂有较好的相容性.The influences of a polyacrylic acid shrinkage reducing agent(SRA-PA) synthesized by watersolvent on reducing surface tension of solution and decreasing shrinkage of mortar and concrete were investigated. It is showed that SRA PA can observably reduce the surface tension of distilled water and solution of saturated calcium hydroxide, also keep steady in saturated calcium hydroxide solution. The average adsorptivity of SRA-PA on cement particle is less 5%. SRA-PA significantly reduces the shrinkage rate of mortar and concrete. When SRA-PA was mixed in the mortar and concrete at 0.5%(by mass) dosage,the shrinkage rate can respectively reduce 57% and 25% in 3 days without reducing strength development in mortar and concrete. SRA-PA is compatible with some superplasticizers.
