摘 要:以经低压(0.12 MPa,120℃)蒸汽预处理后的磷石膏为原料制备墙砖.研究表明,以磷石膏掺量(质量分数,余同)为40%,消石灰掺量为15%,复合外加剂掺量为1%,石硝和粉煤灰质量比为2∶1制备的墙砖,其抗折强度达到4 MPa以上,抗压强度达到23 MPa以上,抗冻性优良,可用作承重墙材.对该墙砖进行了XRD,SEM分析,结果表明,墙砖强度主要来源于高强托勃莫来石结晶相,其包裹着磷石膏和骨料,形成了致密的结构.Bricks were made from phosphogypsum pretreated by steam at the low pressure steam of 0. 12 MPa and 120 ℃. When brick was made by 40% (by mass,the same below) phosphogypsum , 15% slaked lime, 1% multi-additive and m(rubble) : m(fly ash) is 2 : 1,its flexural and compressive strengths reached over 4 MPa and 23 MPa respectively,and its resistance to frost-melting was good. Therefore,it can be used as load-bearing wall materials. XRD and SEM were used to investigate the samples. The results showed that the strength was mainly contributed by the tobermorite formed in pozzuolana reaction which combined the phosphogypsum and aggregate to form the compact unit.
