摘 要:目的探讨压感笔半自动法CT体积测量的准确性和该方法所用的时间,以便更好地应用于临床。方法对CT水模行320排螺旋CT单期容积扫描,分别使用压感笔和光电鼠标作为计算机输入设备半自动法测量CT水模体积,与刻度尺实际测量的体积比较,观察两种输入设备测量CT体积的准确性和所用的时间。结果所测CT水模的压感笔半自动法、鼠标半自动法和实测体积分别为(630.3±2.2)cm3、(631.2±6.7)cm3和(630.3±1.5)cm3,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。压感笔半自动法测量所用的时间为(92.8±11.1)s,较鼠标半自动法的(274.4±21.1)s明显缩短。结论压感笔半自动法是测量CT体积较好的方法。Objective To investigate the accuracy and the spent time of semi-automated CT volume measurements by using pressure sensitive pen for clinical reference. Methods A water model underwent 320-row CT single phase volume scan. The semiautomated CT volumes measured by using two types of input devices (pressure sensitive pen and optical mouse) were compared with the actual volume measured by ruler. Both CT measurements were timed. Results The mean water model estimated with semiautomated CT volumes measurements by pressure sensitive pen and optical mouse were (630.3±2.2)cm^3 and (631.2±6.7)cm^3, respectively. The actual volume was (630.3±1.5) cm^3. No significant difference was observed (P〉0.05). And the semi-automated method by using pressure sensitive pen took much shorter time (92.8±11.1)s than by using optical mouse (274.4±21.1)s. Conclusion the pressure sensitive pen semi-automated method provided fast and accurate measurements for CT volume.
