摘  要:研究低温条件下南果梨的生理生化指标变化,为提高其抗寒性提供依据。以南果梨嫁接苗为试材,考察在自然低温和人工模拟低温条件下,枝条、根系、根颈中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸、SOD活性、MDA含量的变化。结果表明:随自然低温处理时间延长,南果梨枝条、根系和根颈韧皮部可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸含量不断增加,根颈中可溶性糖含量(8.64%)和可溶性蛋白含量(8.33mg·g-1)最高,枝条游离脯氨酸含量最高(910μg·g-1)。枝条中的SOD活性和MDA含量随处理时间延长,先增加后降低。人工低温处理比CK可溶性糖含量增加,除-15℃处理外,人工低温处理的可溶性蛋白含量也比CK高,随着人工低温处理温度的降低,游离脯氨酸、MDA含量和SOD活性先升高后下降。Physiological indicators under low temperature condition were studied on Nanguo-Pear to enhance resistance to cold. Taking grafting young plants of Nanguo-Pear as experimental materials, soluble sugar, soluble protein, free praline, SOD activities, MDA contents in the branch, root system and root neck were detected under nature low temperature and artificial low temperature. The results showed that soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline content increased with the nature low temperature treatment. The soluble sugar content(8.64%) and soluble protein content (8.33mg·g^-1) in root neck were the maximum. The free praline content (910μg·g^-1)in branch was the maximum. The SOD activities and MDA content in branch increased at first, and then decreased. The soluble sugar content in artificial low temperature treatment were higher than that of CK. The soluble protein content in artificial low temperature treatment were higher than that of CK, except the -15℃ treatment. With the temperature decreasing, the free praline content, MDA content and SOD activities increased first, and then decreased.
