摘  要:以实验室繁殖的亚洲玉米螟蛹作为繁殖寄主,研究白蛾周氏啮小蜂对玉米螟蛹的寄生情况。结果表明:白蛾周氏啮小蜂对玉米螟蛹的寄生效果良好,寄生率达95%以上;在温度为25℃,相对湿度为75%,光照为14h条件下发育历期为19d,雌蜂寿命在9d以上,子代蜂的单蛹出蜂量和单雌产卵量较高。此结果表明利用实验室繁育的玉米螟蛹繁殖白蛾周氏啮小蜂具有可行性,繁殖出的子代蜂具有较强的寄生能力和繁殖能力,繁殖的最佳接蜂比例为蜂蛹比1∶1。With the pupae of Ostriniafurnacalis (Guenee)as breeding hosts, the parasitic capacity of Chouioia cunea (Yang) was studied and the development period,longevity and egg load of C.cunea were observed. The results proved that C.cunea had good parasitic effect to the pupae of O.furnacalis and the parasitic rate was over 95%.The development duration was about 19d,the longevity of female wasps was over 9d and there were high number of wasps per pupa and average eggs per female at T of 25℃,RH of 75%, photoperiod ofl4h conditions. The result is that the artifical propagation of C.cunea using the pupae of O.furnacalis is feasible.The offspring raised on the pupae of O.furnca!is had high rates of parasitism and reproduction. When female-male ratio was l:l,there was the best inoculation proportion of reproduction.
