世界粮食危机背景下我国的粮食安全问题

摘　　要：2006年以来,生物能源的发展使得世界粮食价格持续上涨,粮食危机成为世界大部分国家所面临的问题,中国也是如此。那么,新形势下我国的粮食安全会有怎样的发展,世界粮食危机会对我国粮食安全产生怎样的影响?本文研究了我国主要粮食产品的安全问题,结果表明,世界粮食危机中价格上涨最多的是大米,但由于我国对国际市场的依赖程度不高,因此大米的粮食安全问题不大。小麦、玉米更是如此。大豆虽然是对国外市场依赖程度最大的产品,但是我国可以通过国际市场平抑波动。总体来说,我国目前的粮食安全仍在可控的范围内。Since 2006, the development of bio-fuel has been increasing the food price in the world and the food crisis has become a challenge for most countries including China. To answer the questions how China＇s food se- curity develops in the new situation and what effect the world＇s food crisis has on China＇s food security, the paper investigates the security of food products in China. The results show that the world＇s food crisis had little impact on China＇s food security. The essence of the food crisis is the rising price of rice. But China imports little rice from the world market. The same is true of wheat and corn. In comparison, the importation of soybeans has a close connection with world＇s soybeans market. But the fluctuation of China＇s soybeans importation can be cov- ered by the world＇s production. In general, the threat to food security is under control in China.
