摘　　要：与传统的教学模式相比较,《管理学》课程双语教学柔性模式强调采用个体化学习方式,更加强调以学生为中心。柔性教学能够激励教师和学生的自主性、积极性和创造性,提高教师和学生在教学过程中的自我改善意识和不断创新的能力。因此,需要构建《管理学》双语教学柔性模式主体,并对《管理学》双语教学内容、教学计划、教学方法与考核体系进行适当的丰富和调整。Compared to the traditional teaching mode, the ,flexible mode of Management bilingual teaching emphasize on individual learning styles, emphasize greater based on student -centered. Flexible teaching can inspire teachers and studentinitiative and creativity,improve the self- awareness and the ability to continuously innovate of teachers and students during the teaching process. Therefore, building the main bilingual teaching flexible mode of management is needed, richen and the appropriate adjustments of management bilingual teaching content,teaching plans, teaching methods and examination system, and so on.
