关于高校毕业生就业成本的几点思考

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业成本由毕业生求职成本、高校就业服务成本、企业招聘成本和政府投入等方面构成。目前我国高校毕业生就业成本过高,且呈攀升趋势。文章在分析高校毕业生就业成本现状的基础上,指出国家、高校、学生个人、用人单位等必须多方联动,采取切实有效措施,努力降低毕业生就业成本,促进社会公平和和谐社会的构建。The employment cost of college graduates includes job - hunting cost, employing service cost of colleges, employment cost of units or enterprises and the policy cost of the governments. At present, the cost in the employment of the college graduates is too high and it is getting higher and higher. This paper, based on the analysis of the cost in the present employment of college graduates, is aimed to point out the fact that the government, the colleges, the college graduates and the units or enterprises must unite together to take effective measures to decrease the cost in the employment of college graduates so as to build a fair and harmonious society.
