摘 要:以空心菜和上海青为供试蔬菜,通过盆栽实验,研究了镉-硫-硒复合作用下硒在土壤-蔬菜系统中的迁移分配.结果表明,土壤添加Cd-S-Se处理后,空心菜和上海青体内硒含量明显降低,且地上部的变化趋势小于地下部的变化趋势.在实验条件下,硒在空心菜和上海青的地下部富集系数高于地上部;与对照相比,富集系数均明显降低;硒在这两种蔬菜中的转运系数则明显提高.硒在土壤-植物系统的迁移分配深受共存元素的影响,这种影响在不同作物、同一作物的不同器官、不同元素之间和同一元素不同浓度范围内表现出的特点也不尽相同.Transfer and distribution of Se under interaction of Cd -S- Se in soil-vegetable (swamp cabbage and brassica campestris) system were investigated by pot experiments. The results revealed that the degree of bioconcentrition of Se in the both vegetables was decreased obviously under interaction of Cd-S-Se component, and the changing tend was less in stem and leaf than root. Under the tested condition, bioconcentrition factor of Se element was larger in root than stem and leaf for the both vegetables. Compared the control, the coefficient of bioconcentrition factor of Se was obviously decreased after addition of Cd-S-Se component, but the transport factor was increased for the both vegetables. The transfer and distribution of Se was affected by the coexisting elements. The different affecting appearances was shown in the different vegetables, the different body in the same vegetable, the different coexisting element or the different concentration for every coexisting element. 3figs., 3tabs., 10refs.
