摘  要:近年来,随着压力容器管理的规范化和严格化,压力容器安全评定技术日益显示出它的重要性和实用性。压力容器安全评定技术既能为含缺陷容器的安全运行提供科学的依据,又能充分发挥设备的使用潜力。本文论述了含有严重缺陷的移动式空气压缩机气包、CO饱和塔、合成塔至中置锅炉间高压管线、丁二烯萃取精馏塔的缺陷情况及评定结论,对今后深入开展这方面的工作具有较重要的参考价值。In recent years, the technology of pressure vessel safety assessment shows its importance and practicality increasingly along with the management of pressure vessles becoming more and more standard and strict. The technology of pressure vessel safety assessment can not only provide a scientific basis for the safe operation of pressure vessles containing defects but also bring the latent capacity of equipment into full play.In this paper, the situations and assessment results of defects have been expounded dealing with movable air compressor vessels containing serious defects, the CO saturation tower, the high pressure pipeline between the sythesizing tower and the intermediately installed boiler, butadiene extraction and rectification tower, which possesses highly imporant referring values for further stuties in this aspect in future.
