摘　　要：目的了解不同类型的标本检测单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSVⅡ)-DNA的结果差异。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)对240例疑似是生殖器疱疹(GH)患者的不同送检样本的HSVⅡ-DNA进行检测。结果240例疑似GH患者共检出HSVⅡ-DNA阳性142例,总阳性率为59.17%。不同临床样本HSVⅡ-DNA阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=118.06、P<0.01),水疱液和溃疡渗出液样本阳性检出率高于男性尿道拭子、女性尿道拭子和女性宫颈拭子,差异有统计学意义(χ2=114.96、P<0.01)。不同样本检测为阳性的HSVⅡ-DNA的拷贝数用Kruskal-Wallis法秩和检验进行比较,结果差异有统计学意义(H=13.68、P<0.01),水疱液和溃疡渗出液阳性样本的病毒载量高于其他样本。结论对于GH患者,应充分认识到用FQ-PCR法检测HSVⅡ-DNA时其标本采取方法和标本种类的重要性,尽量采取到水疱液或皮损部位组织液和溃疡渗出液送检,以便获得较高的阳性结果。Objective To investigate different results of the patient with Herpes Simplex vivus-Ⅱ DNA from different clinical samples. Methods Herpes Simplex vivus- Ⅱ DNA was detected by FQ-PCR in 240 suspected patients with genital herpes. Results The positive rate of Herpes Simplex vivus-Ⅱ DNA was 57.19% （142/240）,and the Herpes Simplex vivus-Ⅱ DNA detection rates was significant differences in different clinical samples （2 = 118.06,P〈0.01）. The detection rates was significantly increased from vesicle flu and ulcer compared with urethral swab and cervix secretion（X^2= 114.96, P〈0.01）. Herpes Simplex vivus-Ⅱ DNA copies from different positive clinical samples were significantly different（H= 13.68, P〈0.01） while the copies in vesicle flu and ulcer was higher than other samples. Conclusion In order to increase the Herpes Simplex vivus Ⅱ DNA detection rate by FQPCR, we should use vesicle flu and ulcer samples of the patients with genital herpes.
