摘　　要：安徽省池州市抛刀岭金矿是在长江中下游成矿带首次发现的斑岩型独立岩金矿床,金矿体主要赋存在超浅成英安玢岩中。英安玢岩岩体形成于燕山早期,该岩体规模不足1km2,呈岩枝状侵位于志留系碎屑岩中。岩体全岩矿化,矿体与围岩渐变关系。找矿标志有构造、岩性、蚀变、地球化学异常等,在区域找矿上有指导意义。The Paodaoling gold ore deposit, Guichi, Anhui Province is a porphyry type independent intrusion gold ore deposit first found in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and gold ore body is mainly hosted in very superfacial dacite porphyrite intrusion, which was formed in early Yanshanian period and no more tham 1 square kilometer and intruded in the Silurian clastic rocks. Mineralization occurs all over the intrusion and there is a gradual change between the ore body and wall rock. Ore-prospecting indicators include structure, lithology, alteration, geochemical anomaly, which are helpful to ore prospecting regionally.
