折弯机机械补偿装置数值模拟结果分析

摘　　要：本文采用三维弹性接触有限元法对折弯机机械补偿装置补偿过程进行数值模拟,得到机械补偿装置的变形规律。研究结果表明,机械补偿装置在折弯机加工工件过程中能起到很好的补偿效果,为机械补偿装置的设计和使用提供了理论依据。并通过和几何计算结果的比较,验证了接触分析的精确度。The three-dimensional elastic contact finite element method has been used to numerically simulate the compensation process of the compensation device in press brake in the text.The deformation rule of the compensation device has been obtained.The results show that the compensation device has a good effect on the machining process of press brake, which offers a theoretical basis for the design and operation of the compensation device. In addition, the accuracy of contact analysis has been verified by comparing with the results of geometrical computation.
