摘　　要：通过对锻件的形状特点进行分析,确定了合理的成形工艺方案。采用有限元分析软件,对锻打过程进行了数值模拟,并优化了锻模的设计参数。试验表明,模拟结果和实际成形过程吻合良好。On analysis of the forging shape and features, the rational forming process has been determined. The forging process has been numerically simulated by using the finite element software and the design parameters of the forging die have been optimized. The experiment result shows that simulation result fits well with the actual forming process.
