摘　　要：思想政治教育在应对突发事件中具有维护社会稳定、动员各方力量、提供精神动力、独立处理问题等重要作用。实现这些作用,应坚持以人为本、效率至上、整合资源、统一应对原则,依靠各级党组织的得力领导,借助各种传播媒介正面引导,发挥榜样的示范教育作用和重视突发事件中的心理健康教育。Ideological and political education plays very important role in maintaining social stability, calling forces of different quarters into action, providing spiritual energy, and solving problems independently in dealing with unexpected accidents. To give full play to these roles, we should stick to the principles of human-orientation, efficiency the first, coping with in unification, relying on the leading of our Party organizations, with positive guidance of all kinds of media and set the demonstration education as example and attach importance to psychological health education in unexpected accidents.
