摘 要:目的了解广西医疗机构法定传染病报告和管理现状,为卫生行政部门制订策略提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法对广西14个市137家医疗机构进行调查。结果本次调查共登记门诊、住院部和化验室传染病个案5 716例,平均漏报率为15.99%。无甲类传染病漏报,乙、丙类传染病漏报率分别为13.43%和28.44%。漏报率最高的病种是急性出血性结膜炎(85.71%)。医疗机构中住院部、化验室、门诊传染病漏报率依次增高,分别为14.88%、15.20%和18.94%。不同级别医疗机构传染病漏报率有明显差异,其中省级为8.79%、县级专科医院28.33%。结论医疗机构传染病报告和管理工作有待加强。卫生行政部门应加大对本辖区医疗机构传染病疫情报告管理工作的监督检查与管理的力度。Objective To understand the status of the reporting and management of notifiable infectious diseases at the medical institutions in Guangxi, and provide a scientific evidence for the health authorities to develop preventive strategies. Methods By multi - stage sampling method, 137 medical institutions from 14 cities (or counties) were selected and used in the investigation.Results A total of 5716 cases of notifiable infectious diseases registered including outpatients, inpatients and persons by laboratory examination was surveyed. It was found that the average missing report rate of notifiable infectious diseases was 15.99%, without the missing report of class A.infectious diseases..The missing report rates of class B and C infectious diseases were 13.43% and 28.44% .respectively.The highest missing report rate of notifiable infectious diseases was acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis (85.71%) . Among the medical institutions, the missing report rates of outpatient department , inpatient department and laboratories increased with 14.88%, 15.20% and 18.94%, respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the missing report rates of the medical institutions at different levels, with the rates of 8.79% in the provincial medical institutions and 28.33% at the county specialist hospitals, respectively. Conclusions The reporting and management of notifiable infectious diseases should be strengthened. The health administrative departments should exercise effective supervision with regard to the medical institutions at different levels.
