摘  要:对莱钢12000m3/h制氧机在试车过程中出现了氩馏分和上、下塔液面波动太大的问题.原因是粗氩塔冷凝器液空倒压力过高,导致液空管路阻塞,进上塔的液空量少。经相应处理解决了该问题.In commissioning of 12000m3/h oxygen making machine of Laiwu Iron &. Steel Plant there occurred problems of argon fraction and large fluctuation of the liquid level in the .upper tower and the lower tower. The reasons were higher pressure in the side of liquid air in the condenser of the primary argon tower, resulting in blockage of the liquid air pipes and less liquid air amount into the upper tower. The relative problems were solved.
