摘 要:针对深部软岩巷道围岩应力高、松动范围大、围岩变形严重的特点,应用深部巷道围岩控制"内、外承载结构"耦合稳定原理,分析了水井头煤矿-500水平412下山巷道破坏原因,提出了深部软岩巷道卸压支护技术.该技术采用围岩卸压、锚梁网喷支护和U型钢支护控制外承载结构移动过程,采用围岩注浆和锚索加强支护促使外承载结构稳定.现场支护试验表明该技术能够保证巷道围岩的长期稳定,并取得了很好的经济效益.为同类软岩巷道支护提供了借鉴.Based on characteristics of deep soft rock roadways, i. e. higher surrounding rock stress, larger loosening scope and severer deformation, and according to principal of inner-outer bearing structures coupling stabilization for strata control around deep roadways, the reasons that the 412 dip entry destroyed at the -500 m level in Shuijingtou Coal Mine are analyzed, and a new support technology of deep soft rock roadways is put forward, which consists of stress-relief and support. The technology controls the moving process of the outer bearing structure with stress-relief, shorcrete-bolt and U Type Steel support, and makes the outer beating structure stable through rock grouting and rock cable. The support experimentation shows that the support technology can keep surrounding rock around roadway stable for long, and has achieved great economic profit, providing an engineering reference for the same sort of soft rock roadway.
