风痛宁丸抗炎作用的药理学实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察风痛宁丸的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿与角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀等炎性模型,研究风痛宁丸的抗炎作用。结果风痛宁丸对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸诱发的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、大鼠棉球致肉芽组织增生均有显著的抑制作用,能显著降低大鼠角叉菜胶性足跖炎症组织内PGE2含量与胸腔渗出液中白细胞计数。结论风痛宁丸具有较好的抗炎作用。Aim To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Fengtongning pills. Methods Xylene-caused ear edema of mice, tampon granuloma in rats and a rat＇ s hind pawswelling inflammatory model caused by carrageenan were employed to study the anti-inflammatory effect of Fengtongning Pills. Results The results showed that Fengtongning pills could suppress ear swell induced by xylene in mice, inhibite the higher permeability of abdominal capillary of mice induced by acetic acid, and significantly inhibite granuloma proliferation. Fengtongning pills can decrease the contents of prostaglandin E in inflammatory tissue of a rat＇s hind paw induced by carrageenan and the number of white cells in thorax extravasate. Conclusion Fengtongning pills have anti-inflammatory effect
