摘　　要：介绍了树脂锚杆钢筋的产品特点和生产难点,分析了生产过程中出现的尺寸不合格、性能不合格的原因,及对此采取的措施,从而使钢筋尺寸不合格率降至0.05%以下,成材率提高至97.8%。The characteristics and production difficulties of resin grouted anchor bar were introduced. The unqualified causes of size and properties were analyzed, and the technology was optimized. The size unqualified ration was reduced to below 0.05% ,and the yield ration was increased to 97.8%.
