摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法检查注射用盐酸罂粟碱中有关物质的方法。方法:采用Dismonsil(Dikma)C18(20cm*4.6mm,5μl)色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸二氢钠溶液(60:40)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为250nm,柱温:30℃。结果:各有关物质与主峰能够达到有效分离,检测限为1.912ng/ml。结论:本方法简便、稳定、专属性强,可用于注射用盐酸罂粟碱有关物质的检查。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of related substances in Papaverine Hydrechloride for Injection. Methods :The Dismonsil (Dikma) C,s (20cm * 4. 6mm, 5ul )column was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0. 1% NaH2 PO4 (60:40), the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, the detection wavelength was 2.50nm, Temperature: 30℃. Results:The peak of related substances vs Papaverine Hydrochloride for Injection can be separated effectively and the limit of detection was 1. 912ng/mL Conclusious:The method is convenient, stable, specific that it can be used to determine the related substances of Papaverine Hydrochloride for Injection.
