反相HPLC法测定盐酸氟桂嗪胶囊在人体中的相对利用度

摘  要:用相反HPLC-紫外法对国产3种盐酸氟桂胶囊进行了人体生物利用度研究。9名健康志愿者采用交叉,平行,对照法口服3种盐酸氟桂胶囊,测定8.5小时内不同时间的血药浓度。结果表明,相对生物利用度为96.18%,94.10%h和96.42%,各项药动学参数均无显著差异(p>0.05)。The bioavailability of flunarazine capsules was investigated in 9 healthy volunteers after oral administration of 3 kinds of domestic products. To compare the results, cross, parallel and contrast methods were adopted. The plasma levels were determined by reversed - phase HPLC UV - Spectrophotography at given times within 8.5 hours. The results showed that the relative bioavailability of capsule A( one of the commercial products), B and C was 96. 18% and 96. 42% ,respectively,The pharmacokinetic parameters of 3 kinds of capsules had no significant difference.
