摘　　要：目的:测定单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊中单硝酸异山梨酯的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相的高效液相色谱法。结果:回收率99.4%,相对标准偏差0.16%.结论:该方法简便快捷,准确度高,重现性好,适合单硝酸异山梨酯的含量测定。Objective： Detect the assay of lsosorbide mononitrate in lsosorbidemononitrate modified release capsules. Methods： HPLC chromatographic conditions are carried out as following：column is packed with the octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica, flowing phase is composed with methanol and water （25：75）. Results：the recovery rate is 99. 4% the RSD is 0. 16%. Conclusion： the method is operated easily,and has high sensitive and specific,and is suitable to test the assay of lsosorbide mononitrate.
