摘 要:采用心肺功能仪、心率遥测仪和身体成分分析仪,测试了大学生太极拳练习者(男21人,女73人)在练拳过程中及前后的能量代谢、肺通气量、摄氧量、二氧化碳排出量、身体成分和关节运动幅度,结果显示:以上各项指标在太极拳练习过程中均呈累积性上升,提示太极拳练习能有效地增强大学生的心肺功能和关节柔韧性,提高其身体形态和功能水平.The energy metabolism, pulmonary ventilation (V'E), oxygen uptake (V'O2 ) , carbon dioxide output( V'CO2 ), body composition and joint motion ranges were measured with the Oxycon - expro machine, heart rate telemetry device and Inbody 3.0 body composition analyzer in Taijiquan exercise learners of college students (21 males, 73 females) before, during and after Taijiquan exercise. The results showed that all those indicators mentioned above were accumulatively increased and suggested that Taijiquan exercise could effectively improve the eardiopulmonary fitness and the joint flexibility and could increase morphological and functional levels of the college students.
