摘　　要：为提高头孢他啶活性硫酯的收率和质量,本文对头孢他啶活性硫酯的生产工艺进行研究,通过正交实验确定了最佳工艺参数。采用获得的工艺参数后收率提高到92.8%,成本降低25元/公斤。For the yield and quality,the text researched the procedure conditions of the side Chain of Ceftazidime Activated Thioester. We confirmed the best procedure parameter by orthogonal trial. After adopted procedure the yield up to 92. 8% and cost reduce 25 yuan/kg.
