摘 要:本文研究了氟铟酸盐玻璃中CdF2/ZnF2比值变化对玻璃形成能力的影响。DTA测定了各玻璃样品的特征温度:玻璃转变温度Tg,析晶起始温度Tx,析晶峰值温度Tp和熔化温度Tm。计算了玻璃形成能力判据ΔT,H′,Hr,S之值,析晶活化能E,以及k(Tg)和k(Tp)参数值。引入一个新的参数kb(T)作为玻璃形成能力判据,其判定结果与其它方法的结果作了比较。kb(T)判据不受升温速率的影响,能在较宽的温度范围判定玻璃的形成能力。结果表明,当CdF2/ZnF2=1时,玻璃具有较好的形成能力。he influence of the change of CdF2/ZnF2 ratio on glass-forming ability in fluoroindate glasses was studied. The characteristic temperatures, such as the glass transition temperature Tg, onset of crystallization temperature Tc, crystallization peak temperature Tp and the melting temperature Tm of various glass samples were determined by means of differential thermal analysis (DTA).The values of the glass-forming ability criteria ΔT,H′, Hr and S, the activation energy of crystallization E, and kinetic parameters k(Tg) and k(Tp) were caculated. A new parameter kb(T) was introduced to the glass-forming ability criteria. The forming ability of various glasses was estimated by the new criterion,and compared with those evaluated by other criteria. The obvious advantage of this method is that it can evaluate the glass-forming ability over a broad temperature and at different heating rates. It is shown that the sample with CdF2/ZnF2=1 has better glass-forming ability.
