摘  要:合成了1,3,3—三甲基—9′—羟基螺[2H—吲哚—2,3′—[3H]萘并[2,1—b][1,4]噁嗪]光致变色化合物,通过红外光谱分析和元素分析对其结构进行了简单表征。制备了螺噁嗪/PUI-112脂肪族聚氨酯光致变色膜和螺噁嗪/聚丙烯酸丁酯光致变色膜,对其光致变色性质进行了检测和对比,筛选出了较佳的黏合剂。通过先制备出光致变色色浆,后采用类似于颜料印花的方法将其印在毛织物上,制得光致变色毛织物,对其光致变色性质进行检测,获得了很好的光致变色效果;测定织物的耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度,确定了最佳工艺条件。The photochromic compound named 1,3,3 - trimethyl - 9′ - hydroxyspiro [ indoline - 2,3′ [3H]naphtha[2, 1 -b] - [ 1,4]oxazine] was synthesized and its structure was characterized simply by IR spectra and elemental analysis. Spirooxazine/PUI- 112 aliphatic polyurethane photochromic membrane and spirooxazine/poly(butyl acrylate) photochromic membrane were made, their photochromism were detected and compared, and the better adhesive agent was chosen in the end. The photochromic wool fabric was prepared by the method of preparing the photochromic color paste first and then printing in the way similar to pigment printing, its photochromism was detected and excellent photochromism was obtained; in addition, the rubfastness and washfastness of samples were tested, and finally the best process condition was determined.
