摘 要:通过用SEM和纤维投影仪对剥鳞处理后超细羊毛鳞片观测,将处理后超细羊毛鳞片剥离程度分为轻、中、重3级,并采用单纤强力仪、激光细度仪等先进的检测方法和手段,研究超细羊毛纤维鳞片不同剥离程度对纤维的强力、毡缩性、细度、光泽、吸湿性等的影响。实验表明,当处理后超细羊毛纤维鳞片剥离程度为中度的约占80%左右时,纤维的强力减小率≤10%,面积毡缩率≤3.00%,细度减小1μm,光泽、白度、吸湿性得到提高,织物的服用性能比较理想。We observed the ultra-fine wool scales that were peeled off through SEM and fiber projector, and divided the scales into 3 that were light, intermediate and heavy levels, then studied the effects of the extent that scales peeled off, to mightiness, felting shrinfage, fineness, gloss, hygroscopieity of fiber. The experiment showed that the reduction of mightiness was less than 10%, area minification was less than 3.00 % , fineness decreased 1 μm, and the gloss, whiteness, hygroscopicity were improved, when intermediate level was about 80 % of treated scales, the wear behavior of fiber was ideal.
