摘　　要：在分析中国-东盟科技合作的制度环境,云南与东盟科技合作现状、存在问题的基础上,结合区域间科技合作的特点和规律,就进一步推进云南与东盟科技合作提出了相应的对策建议。Based on analyzing the institutional environment, current situation and existing problems in scientific and technological co operation between China and ASEAN, combining with the characteristics and regular patterns of inter-regional cooperation in fields of science and technology,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting scientific and technological cooperation between China and ASEAN.
