摘 要:为检测2006年在江西、湖北和湖南爆发的无名高热病是否由PRRSV引起,根据GenBank中登录的PRRSV(登录号:AF046869)ORF5序列设计引物,用RT-PCR方法对江西、湖北、湖南采集来的9份病料(包括肝脏、脾脏、血液)进行检测,并分析其与PRRSV ORF5序列的同源性.结果表明:所有病料中均检测出PRRSV,且3省的PRRSV的ORF5序列同源性高达95%以上,但与已发表的PRRSV ORF5的同源性只有88%左右,说明PRRSV和猪的无名高热病紧密相关,且产生了较高的变异.Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) is a highly infectious pathogen of swine, resulting severe reproductive failure in sows, such as late-term abortions, increasing number of stillborn and weak-born pigs, respiratory problems in pigs of all ages and a heavy mortality of pigs. 9 samples, each including liver, spleen and blood were collected respectively from the unknown swine fever broke out in Jiangxi, Hubei and Hunan in 2006. Primers against ORF5 of PRRSV was designed. Detection of PRRSV based on the ORF5 was conducted by RT-PCR. And sequence homology of ORF5 was analyzed. It was revealed that PRRSV was positively detected in all these samples, and the homology of ORF5 of PRRSV was higher than 95%. However, the homology of PRRSV from this swine fever and Genbank was about 88 %. Results indicate that PRRSV is closely correlated to the unknown swine fever and it has high mutation.
