摘　　要：以1,1’-二茂铁二甲酸、甲醇为原料,研究了1,1’-二茂铁二甲酸二甲酯合成的最佳工艺条件。探讨了催化剂对1,1’-二茂铁二甲酸二甲酯收率的影响;采用新的合成工艺一锅法合成了1,1’-二茂铁二甲酸二甲酯,考察了采用三乙胺、二氯亚砜一锅反应法物料配比、酯化时间、酯化温度对酯化反应收率的影响;当1,1’-二茂铁二甲酸与二氯亚砜的物质的量比为1∶2.5、酯化温度为50℃、反应时间为4.5 h时,得到的产物收率为91.1%。The synthetical conditions of 1,1 ＇-dimethyl ferrocenedicarboxylate were investigated by using 1,1 ＇-ferrocenediearboxylic acid and methanol as raw material. The effect of catalyst on yileds were discussed. 1,1 ＇-dimethyl ferrocenedicarboxylate was synthesized by new synthesis technology of one-pot method. The effects of the component ratio,reaction temperature, time on the product yield were discussed and the optimum technological conditions were obtained. The optimum conditions are determined as follows： the ratio of n（dicarboxylie acid） ： n（SOC12 ）= 1 ： 2.5, reaction time 4.5 h, reaction temperature 50℃. The product yield is 91.1%.
