摘 要:寿险产品是一种特殊的金融产品,对客户而言是一种保障也是一种潜在收益,对寿险公司而言却是一种带有承诺性质的无形产品,属于一种融资行为。因此寿险产品的销售有其特殊性。引进数据挖掘的理念,介绍了数据挖掘技术在寿险业中的实现机理,而后进行了详细的实证研究,并对其结论进行了深层次分析,期望能够对中国的寿险产品开发、销售有一定的借鉴作用。Life insurance products are special financial products. To customers they're a security and a potential revenue, while to the life insurance companies they are a kind of financing behavior and intangible produts with commitment. So the sale of life insurance products has its particularity. This article introduced the concept of data mining, followed by introduction of the mech- anism of data mining in the life insurance industries,a detailed empirical study and deeper analysis of its conclusions. Hopefully the paper will be of some reference to the development and sales of life insurance products in China.
