摘  要:为解决开滦赵各庄十三水平的12煤层底板突水评价难题,引用了GIS的AHP型脆弱性指数法,即首先建立煤层底板突水主控因素体系,并通过GIS对主控因素数据进行采集及归一化处理,建立子专题图层,然后运用AHP法确定各主控因素的权重比例,在此基础上提出煤层底板突水脆弱性的分区方案。将新的脆弱性指数法与传统的突水系数法的评价结果进行详细对比和分析,证明脆弱性指数法在煤层底板突水脆弱性评价的许多方面具有明显优势,能够妥善解决安全生产实践中遇到的突水评价问题。In order to solve the hard nut of Zhaogezhuang coalmine 13th level No.12 coal seam floor water bursting assessment, AHP vulnerability index method based on GIS was used. Firstly a main controlling factor system of coal floor water bursting has established, acquired and normalized main controlling factor data to establish thematic layers through GIS; then put to use of AHP to determine weighted percentage of each main controlling factor, on this basis, coal floor water bursting vulnerability zoning scheme put forward. Detailed contrast and analysis of assessment results from new vulnerability index method and traditional water bursting coefficient method, have demonstrated that the former has distinct predominance in many aspects, can solve water bursting assessment issues in production safety practices.
